4C Health began as Four County Comprehensive Mental Health Center in 1975. We have served as the designated Community Mental Health Center for Cass, Miami, Fulton, and Pulaski counties since that time. In the early 1980s, inpatient psychiatric services were added to the continuum of behavioral health services the center offered. Starting in 2015, we began a growth journey to meet needs of additional surrounding rural communities.

We stay involved in the community through Transpo, which runs Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm. We offer live entertainment on occasions, serve lunch Monday thru Friday (supplied by Area Five Agency). All of our activities are open to the public!

Rochester Mending & Alterations is a Full Service Sewing Shop that provides all kinds of professional
alterations, miscellaneous mending, and custom project sewing and design. We are truly Full Service in that
customers regularly trust us with many different kinds of alterations; from their $3,000.00 wedding dress to
remaking their Grandpa’s old vinyl tractor seat (including foam) to hemming their favorite pair of jeans – and
everything in between and beyond.
