The Chamber is pleased to present this quarter’s “Shining Star” award to Kimberlie Landis. The Shining Star award is presented to an individual or business who has gone above and beyond to be a Shining Star in and for the community. Kimberlie was nominated and was the recipient for all the hard work and efforts she puts into the beautification of downtown Rochester with the flower pots downtown.
