DESCRIPTION:Nearly 1 out of every 10 Indiana youth have been diagnosed with anxiety at some point in their life\, and nearly 1 out of 3 Indiana high school students reported feeling sad or hopeless at some point in the past year. With that\, I would like to invite you to explore strategies to assist youth who struggle with depression and anxiety at a no cost virtual Youth Worker Caf .\n\n The Youth Worker Caf  will take place from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm EST via Zoom.  We ask that you please RSVP so you can learn and engage with like-minded youth-serving professionals experiencing similar struggles and successes.
