The theme for this year's event is "Summer in Fulton County". The event will kick off with a parade beginning at 9 a.m. Participants will enter floats that showcase their own unique spin on what summer in Fulton County means to them. The festival portion of the event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be held on 8th Street and the Courthouse Square in downtown Rochester. The event will feature several of the area's artisans\, crafters\, musicians\, food visionaries and will provide several kid-friendly activities. In addition\, live music will be provided by The Stampede String Band from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Living Local Fest will be an updated\, modern\, family oriented event\, with the hopes of providing a tradition for families to enjoy for years to come and providing greater Indiana a glimpse of the hidden gems located within Fulton County.\n\nAny local artisans wishing to participate in the event can pick up an application at 822 Main Street in Rochester or visit the RDP website at www.rochesterdowntownpartnership.org.
