SUMMARY:Rochester Downtown Building Owners MSRP
DESCRIPTION:Dear Downtown building owner\,\n\n \n\nThe City of Rochester and the Rochester Downtown Partnership (RDP) is preparing a grant application that has the potential to transform our Historic Downtown Rochester. \n\n \n\nThe grant is a Main Street Revitalization Program (MSRP) grant with the maximum of $500\,000 that can be used for fa ade improvements to buildings in our downtown historic corridor.  This is a completive grant administered by the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA).  In the past\, grant recipients have been able to receive up to 80% match for building fa ade improvements. \n\n \n\nSurrounding communities around us\, such as Wabash\, Warsaw and Plymouth have been able to jump start their revitalization efforts with similar grants. \n\n \n\nIn order to be successful we need to know your interest in participating.  \n\n \n\nWe would like to invite you to an informative call out meeting on January 18th at 6:30pm.
