Jennifer has a passion for leadership development and enjoys mentoring\, coaching and encouraging others to fulfil their purpose.  \n\n\n\nJennifer is a member of\; the Community Howard Specialty Hospital Board of Managers\, the American College of Healthcare Executives\, the Crossing ? Kokomo\, Board\, Howard County Family Services Association Board of Directors\, Society of Human Resources Management\, the Association for Talent Development and a past member of the Indiana Works Region 4 Council.  \n\n\n\nA native of Indiana\, Jennifer now lives in Tipton County\, with her husband\, Cameron\, and their two sons\, Cale and Conner\, around 60 chickens\, and two dogs.  When not working\, Jennifer likes to knit\, read\, and binge watch an awesome NetFlix series!
