We’re seeking a dependable and compassionate Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll support daily clinic operations and provide essential clinical assistance to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care in a comfortable and efficient setting.
As a key member of the care team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a smooth patient flow, supporting providers during visits, and helping create a positive experience for every patient. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare patients for visits by collecting vital signs, medical history, and visit details
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and in-office procedures
- Administer injections, perform basic testing, and support wound care as directed
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and overall clinic readiness
- Manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and communicate messages appropriately
- Provide clear instructions to patients and families regarding care and follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical setting
-At least 1 of the following is required:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – medical office experience strongly preferred
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Medical Assistants with current ABR-OE
- EMT
