The Northern Indiana Community Foundation is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing Associate to help build awareness of our mission and strengthen the communities of Starke, Fulton, and Miami Counties. This role involves managing marketing strategies, social media, publications, and event coordination for initiatives and donor relations. The Marketing Associate will also support office operations as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with strong communication, organizational, and digital media skills. A passion for philanthropy and a commitment to making a meaningful community impact are essential.
