North Central, IN— 4C Health proudly marks the one-year success of its Rural Enhancement and Access for Consumers Experiencing Homelessness (REACH) grant, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). 4C Health is proud to announce it has achieved Subacute Stabilization certification from the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA) as of December 10, 2025, marking a significant expansion in crisis services for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use emergencies.
